Meditation for Healing in Brighton and Hove

Meditation for Healing at the Tree of Life Centre

A peaceful Sunday evening meditation to restore body, mind and spirit.

End your week with an hour of stillness. Meditation for Healing uses gentle relaxation, breath awareness and visualisation to help you release the stresses of the week, soothe your body and open to a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing. You’re welcome to sit or lie down, whatever feels most comfortable.

This weekly guided meditation runs every Sunday from 7–8pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by David Crean. No experience is needed. It’s donation-based so everyone can take part, with £5 suggested.

What is Meditation for Healing?

We all live through difficult times. Trauma, chronic pain or long-term illness can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. These gentle guided meditations are designed especially for anyone living with these experiences. They help you develop a kind inner voice to turn to in moments of pain or overwhelm, and gently reconnect with every part of yourself.

They’re also open to anyone looking to ease stress, nurture self-care and support personal growth. Meditation isn’t a substitute for medical care or therapy, but many people find it a deeply restorative companion on their healing journey.
