Community Yoga at the Tree of Life Centre
Accessible, donation-based yoga for everyone in our community.
We believe yoga should be open to everyone. Community Yoga is a friendly, inclusive session for all levels and backgrounds, where every body, ability and budget is welcome. It’s a relaxed way to move, breathe and unwind together, and a lovely chance to meet others and get to know the Tree of Life Centre community.
Classes run monthly on Sundays from 11am–12pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, taught by Iona Naylon. Classes are donation-based, so you simply pay what you can on the day.
