Yoga Classes in Brighton & Hove
Yoga Classes at the Tree of Life Centre
From soft, restorative practice to energising flow, there's a yoga class here for every body.
Yoga at Tree of Life is warm, welcoming and wonderfully varied. Whether you’re longing for a gentle, nourishing practice, a quiet space to breathe or an energising flow to start your day, you’ll find a class that meets you exactly where you are.
Our experienced teachers share a rich range of approaches, from Scaravelli-inspired and Vajrasati yoga, to Somatic yoga, breathwork, embodied and music-led flows. Our yoga classes welcome everyone, from our littlest Mini Lions at age 2, to students in their eighties and beyond! We proudly keep our groups small, so everyone feels supported, seen and connected, and your teacher truly gets to know you.
Over the years, our cosy, nurturing studio has become a second home for many in our community. Come as you are, unroll your mat, and leave feeling a lighter, calmer and more like yourself.
We run over 15 yoga classes every week, from early mornings to evenings throughout the week, at Tree of Life Centre, 143–145 Portland Road, Hove. Beginners are always welcome, and prices start from £8 per class, with monthly Community Yoga by donation.
