Post-natal Yoga (with Baby) at the Tree of Life Centre
Gentle yoga to help you recover, reconnect and relax – with your baby by your side.
The weeks and months after birth bring huge change, both physically and emotionally. Post-natal Yoga offers a gentle, welcoming space to rebuild your strength, release tension and take a little time for yourself, with your baby right beside you on the mat. Classes focus on gently restoring the core and pelvic floor, easing the back, neck and shoulder strain of feeding and carrying, and calming the nervous system. Feeding, changing and cuddles are always welcome mid-class, and it’s a lovely way to connect with other new parents.
Classes run every Wednesday from 11:15am–12:15pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Claire Russell. £13 per class, £36 for 3 classes, or £55 for 5.
