Beginners to Intermediate Pilates at the Tree of Life Centre
A friendly evening class that layers in strength, stability and mobility as your practice grows.
Ready to take your Pilates a step further? This welcoming evening class gently layers in challenge and mobility, building on the foundations you’ve already laid. You’ll warm up by mobilising the joints and reconnecting with the core principles of Pilates, before moving into exercises that challenge your stability, strengthen your centre and release tension from your spine and muscles. Bands and balls add support and resistance, so every body can find the right level of challenge.
Classes run every Tuesday from 6:30–7:30pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove. While regular teacher Síofra Lamb is on maternity leave, Keri Lummis is covering until 24 November 2026, and Christine Chessman from 1 December 2026 to 26 January 2027. £13 per class.
