Yoga Flow at the Tree of Life Centre
A breath-led, flowing morning practice to build strength, flexibility and energy.
Yoga Flow links breath and movement into smooth, energising sequences, like a moving meditation that strengthens the body and clears the mind. Flowing standing postures, balances and floor work build strength, flexibility and focus, before a calming relaxation brings everything to rest. It’s the perfect midweek lift, and you’ll leave feeling stronger, energised and ready to take on the day.
This vinyasa-style class runs every Wednesday from 8:15–9:15am at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Michelle de Burgh. Beginners are welcome, with options offered throughout, though some familiarity with basic postures will help you get the most from it. £12.50 per class.
What is Yoga Flow?
