Gentle, therapeutic yoga designed to ease back pain and build a stronger, healthier spine.
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people come to Tree of Life Centre. Back Care Yoga offers a safe, gentle and structured way to move, strengthen and relax. Adapted postures, supportive props, breathing and relaxation help ease stiffness, strengthen the core and postural muscles, and rebuild confidence in movement. The longer class format allows time for careful, individual attention, so you can move in a way that feels right for your back.
Classes run every Wednesday from 1:45–3pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Suzy Greenwood. It’s suitable for beginners and anyone living with back pain or recurring back problems. £15 per class, or £12 per class with a block booking.
