Pilates for Healthy Bones at the Tree of Life Centre
Build strength, boost balance and protect your bones.
Looking after your bones becomes increasingly important as we get older, particularly around and after menopause. Pilates for Healthy Bones combines traditional Pilates matwork with resistance bands, weights and small props to build bone strength, muscle tone, posture and flexibility. As Patsy says, Pilates is for everybody, no matter your age, size or previous activity level, and her classes help you move more freely and feel strong, steady and restored.
Classes run every Friday from 4–5pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Patsy Westcott. Beginners are very welcome. £12.50 per class, £69 for a 6-class pass or £110 for a 10-class pass.
