A gentle 45-minute morning practice to ground, restore and set you up for the day.

Some mornings call for kindness rather than effort. Nourishing Yoga is a gentle, creative way to begin your day, exploring postures, breathwork and supportive props to ease away overnight stiffness and lift your spirits.
