Embodied Yoga at the Tree of Life Centre
An evening practice that invites you to feel, not perform, your yoga.
Embodied Yoga is about coming home to your body. Rather than pushing towards a fixed shape, you’re invited to slow down, tune into sensation and let movement arise from how you feel. The result is a nourishing, grounding and deeply personal practice, and a beautiful way to let go of the day and prepare for restful sleep.
Classes run every Wednesday from 7:30–8:30pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Iona Naylon. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis looking for a softer, more intuitive approach. Pay what suits you on a sliding scale of £10–£12.
