Energising Neuro Flow at the Tree of Life Centre
An early-morning movement class to wake up your body, sharpen your focus and set you up for the week.
Energising Neuro Flow is a fresh, feel-good way to start your week. It blends flowing, whole-body movement with simple brain-and-body exercises that work on coordination, balance, breath and eye–body connection. Together, they reset and balance your nervous system, leaving you feeling clear-headed, energised and focused for the week ahead.
No experience is needed – each class goes at an accessible pace, with options to make any movement gentler or more challenging so you can work at the level that feels right for you. This one-hour movement class runs every Monday from 8–9am at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Emily Kennedy-Barnes. Drop in for £11, or book 6 weeks for £60.
What is Energising Neuro Flow?
Neuro-informed movement draws on the close relationship between the brain, the nervous system and the body. By combining gentle flowing sequences with exercises that challenge coordination, balance and breathing, the class aims to improve the way your body and brain communicate – helping you move with more ease, confidence and energy.
It sits somewhere between a mindful movement class and a morning workout: dynamic enough to wake you up, but calm and grounded enough to leave you feeling centred rather than drained.

You’ll finish with a brief settling practice. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in; mats and props are provided at the centre.
