Junior Lions: Children’s Yoga (Ages 4–8) at the Tree of Life Centre
Playful after-school yoga that builds strength, confidence and calm.
Junior Lions is where children roar, stretch, balance and breathe! This playful after-school yoga class uses storytelling, games and imaginative animal poses to help children build strength, coordination, focus and confidence. Along the way, they learn simple ways to calm big feelings. It’s joyful, energetic and the perfect midweek wind-down, with no experience needed, just plenty of enthusiasm.
Classes are for children aged 4–8 and run every Wednesday from 3:30–4:30pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Emily Ooi. £10 per class, or £60 for 7 classes.
