Mini Lions Kids Yoga (Ages 2–5) at the Tree of Life Centre
Songs, stories and playful yoga for little ones and their grown-ups.
Mini Lions is a joyful, imaginative 45 minutes for little ones and their grown-ups. Songs, stories and animal-inspired yoga help children stretch, balance and explore movement, with plenty of giggles along the way. Gentle breathing games and a cosy relaxation introduce simple ways to feel calm, and grown-ups join in too. It’s a lovely introduction to yoga and precious time together.
Classes are for children aged 2–5 with their grown-up, and run every Friday from 10–10:45am at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Emily Ooi. £9 per class, or £54 for 7 classes.
