Teens Yoga at the Tree of Life Centre
A relaxed, judgement-free space for teenagers to move, breathe and unwind.
School, exams, social media and growing up can make the teenage years intense. Teens Yoga offers an hour each week to step away from the pressure, put down phones, move the body, and learn practical tools to feel calmer and more in control. Accessible yoga, breathwork and relaxation come together in a relaxed, judgement-free space. No experience or flexibility is needed – all teenagers are welcome exactly as they are.
Classes run every Wednesday from 4:45–5:45pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Lucy Small. £54 for 6 weeks.
