Loving Life Meditation at the Tree of Life Centre
A different meditation theme each week to calm the mind and deepen your practice.
Take a little time at the weekend to pause, breathe and turn inward. Each week explores a different theme, from breath awareness and compassion to letting go, through guided meditation and gentle reflection. Every class stands alone, so you can drop in whenever suits you, whether you’re completely new to meditation or have practised for years.
Classes run every Saturday from 11:30am–12:45pm at Tree of Life Centre in Hove, led by Jana Krychtalkova. Drop in for £12–£15 on a sliding scale, or buy a 5-class pass for £50.
